Last updated: 27 February 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lyra platform, including our website at hilyra.com, our AI recruitment assistant Lyra, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Norgic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Lyra, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Description of Service
Lyra is an AI-powered recruitment platform that connects job seekers (“Candidates”) with employers (“Employers”). Our AI agent, Lyra, facilitates conversations, candidate screening, job matching, and recruitment workflows via web chat, WhatsApp, voice calls, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and LinkedIn.
Lyra is an AI system. Responses generated by Lyra are automated and should not be relied upon as professional legal, financial, or career advice. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
4. Account Registration
Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@norgic.org if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Candidate Terms
As a Candidate, you may use Lyra to explore job opportunities, interact with Lyra, and receive recruitment assistance. Use of the core platform is free for Candidates. By submitting your information, you authorise Lyra to share relevant profile data with Employers who may be a suitable match for your skills and experience.
You represent that all information you provide — including your CV, skills, and employment history — is accurate and your own. You must not impersonate another person or submit third-party data without consent.
6. Employer Terms
As an Employer, you may use Lyra to source candidates, post roles, and interact with Lyra via supported channels (Teams, Slack, WhatsApp, web). Employer access may be subject to a separate subscription agreement and pricing.
You agree to use Candidate data solely for legitimate recruitment purposes and in compliance with applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You must not use Candidate data for unsolicited marketing or any unlawful purpose.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Circumvent any technical measures we use to restrict access
- Use the Service to train competing AI models without our written consent
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the Service — including the Lyra AI model, platform design, and Lyra branding — are owned by or licensed to Norgic Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your CV or profile). By submitting content, you grant Norgic Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate and improve the Service.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WhatsApp (Meta), Microsoft Teams, Slack, LinkedIn, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Lyra's responses will be accurate or complete. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be independently verified before being relied upon for important decisions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norgic Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at legal@norgic.org.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
